Specifying all the dependencies (managed and local) in the manifest makes it easier for users to see every component the example depends on.
Added example to create a raw ICMPv6 socket and sends an ICMPv6 Echo-Request to the destination ipv6 address and wait for Echo-Reply for esp32 and Linux target.
