Marius Vikhammer 503b917ca5 fix(bootloader): fixed P4 bootloader being able to boot with certain configs 
Due to internal memory being behind a cache on P4 we need to make sure we do
cache write backs when manipulating IRAM over the dcache.

Marius Vikhammer c36cd5238c bootloader: allow skip image validation on C2 
BOOTLOADER_SKIP_VALIDATE_IN_DEEP_SLEEP is not supported on C2 due to
no RTC memory, but BOOTLOADER_SKIP_VALIDATE_ALWAYS should still be
supported.
