change some API function to throw event:

esp_wifi_deauth_sta
esp_wifi_get_country
esp_wifi_ap_get_sta_list
esp_wifi_sta_get_ap_info
esp_wifi_stop
esp_wifi_get_channel
esp_wifi_get_protocol
esp_wifi_get_bandwidth

...
